Booking Terms and Conditions for The BBQ Brigade:

  1. The following terms and conditions govern the contractual agreement between Eat Van Drink Ltd (trading as The BBQ Brigade) and the customer (referred to as “you” or “the customer”). By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. Company Information:
    The BBQ Brigade operates under Eat Van Drink Ltd, a registered company with the company number SC517570. Our registered office is located at Poolharry Cottage, Hatton, AB42 0QY. All payments should be made to Eat Van Drink Ltd.
  3. Quotations and Validity:
    All quotations provided by The BBQ Brigade are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, the quotation may be subject to change.
  4. Booking Confirmation:
    To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total quoted price must be paid. No bookings will be considered confirmed until this deposit is received by Eat Van Drink Ltd.
  5. Payment Terms:
    The remaining balance of the total quoted price must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
  6. Cancellations and Refunds:
    If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify The BBQ Brigade in writing as soon as possible. Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the event, the full balance remains payable.
  7. Dietary and Allergen Information:
    It is essential that you inform The BBQ Brigade of any dietary requirements or allergens relating to the event attendees at the earliest opportunity. We will make every effort to accommodate these requirements, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens from our food offerings.
  8. Changes to Menu:
    Changes to the menu are allowed at the discretion of the management of The BBQ Brigade until 7 days prior to your event. Any requested changes may incur additional charges, which will be invoiced separately. However, please note that any changes to menus requested less than 7 days before the event will be declined, as it may affect our ability to prepare and deliver the highest quality service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  9. Force Majeure:
    The BBQ Brigade shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eat Van Drink Ltd is registered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
